The senior boys have been playing basketball for Rathangan BNS this year! Thanks to Caroline, Ms. Lillis and Ms. Glennon for their work during and after school. The boys have really took to the sport and have been making solid progress. They adapted to the rules without a problem and are now a thriving team.
Well done also to Seán Cunningham who showed off his basketball tricks from his experience outside of school doing wheelchair basketball. He is a whiz around the court!
Our soccer team played for the first time this year and have been making great progress.
Our latest sport to initiate here at St. Patrick’s B.N.S. is tennis. Classes from 3rd to 6th attend the local tennis club once a week to learn tennis skills.
